Of course. We offer standalone color & material consultations, space planning sessions, and one-time design reviews. Not every project needs the full service.
Yes. We manage vendor relationships, ordering, delivery tracking, and contractor coordination. You get one point of contact — us.
Typically: 30% at concept approval, 40% at procurement start, and 30% at project completion. For smaller projects, we may simplify to 50/50. Details are in every contract.
